Stock Up, Stock Down for Chicago Cubs’ Top 10 Prospect for Week 13

With a 4-2 record last week, the Chicago Cubs are now three games ahead of the Milwaukee Brewers for fourth place in the NL Central, and at this point avoiding a last-place finish is really all the team has to play for from a standings perspective.
